Create a character in Characters with 3–20 clear photos from different angles; more variety gives better results. Use the turnaround template to build a reference sheet.
In Cinema Studio, add the character as an element and mention it in shot descriptions with @handle. Its reference images are attached automatically to every shot that mentions it.
Multi-reference image models keep identity best for keyframes; animate those keyframes with an image-to-video model.
